REFUND POLICY

At GOSO, we are committed to providing the best service possible, at all times. However, we sometimes offer refunds or money off coupons depending on the nature of the individual issue. Please see below for the terms of our policy and what we will consider eligible for refunds.

If our system should fail to provide a service or services during a calendar week:

We will make sure that your posts are topped up. Your package will be extended to cover the period that the service was not provided. Please bear in mind that the billing date will not be modified. 

If the wrong package was purchased by accident:

A coupon code will be issued for the amount of the package and you will be able to purchase the correct package using the money off coupon.

If our services have worked but you decide that you no longer want to continue:

A refund will NOT be issued as there was no issue with the services as every package is a monthly subscription.

In case the service takes longer that usual to be activated:

After every purchase, we will always send you an email explaining how to activate your subscription. If you do not follow the steps or information provided we can extend the subscription, but we can not issue a refund. If the activation of your package is delayed on our end, your package will be extended to cover the period in which the service was not provided.

In case you stopped receiving the service for changing your password or ig username:

We can’t issue a refund

Expecting something from a service that was not described on the website:

We will NOT refund a service if the persons in question did not read the description or expected a feature that was not described for that service on the website. Please make sure that you read the features included in the package before purchase.

Scammers / Slander will be reported to the Police and blacklisted from ever using any company in the industry. They will also be reported to Instagram.

We at Goso will do our best to resolve any issue, so if you have any issues or questions at all, please message our fully dedicated customer support team via the help desk and they will attend you between the hours of 10am to 6 am CET Monday to Friday.
